CControl - Easy CCs & Silences (1.00)

CControl - 4.1
CControl is a new addon which offers something I always found missing.. Which is why I decided to create it.

CControl will /s a message when either you get rooted, silenced, feared etc or whenever you put such effects on your target.
I created this with arena in mind, but I suppose it could become useful in PvE too!.

CControl will display a red cross at the start of the message if the spell is on you, or a yellow star if the spell is on your target (and you casted it).
