Removed Train Alert module and moved it to it's own addon, Choo Choo. This just didn't seem to fit in with the whole Chat Mod theme.

This addon is designed to add various functionality to ElvUI's chat frames without the need for a full chat addon like wow.curse.com/downloads/wow-addons/details/chatter.aspx|Chatter]] or Prat 3.0. See below for detailed features.
New for 3.0! I completely rewrote the addon to use a modular setup to making adding/modifying features much easier for me. It should prove to work out quite well! All the same features as 2.x, only the code is setup differently, and the configuration window was completely redesigned.
Localization
This addon needs YOUR help to translate all the various phrases used throughout the addon to make sure it works the same on all of the localized WoW Clients. If you can help go here.
Available Modules
All features can be disabled via the config.
Achievement Filter
Filter achievement earned messages from guildies or nearby players.
Auction Message Filtering
Automatically filter the various messages from using the Auction House.
Auto Congratulate
Automatically congratulate someone (or group of people) when they complete an achievement.
Can monitor people in your guild, raid, party, or anyone nearby.
Customizable messages with wildcards for adding specific information.
Included is a throttle to control spam/annoyances.
